He is the founding partner of Poroy & Ozulku Attorneys At Law. He is retired from Istanbul University Faculty of Law Chair of Commerce. He is a specialist in Commercial Law and Foreign Trade and Investment. He is practicing as a lawyer since 1950’s. He was the visiting professor at Michigan University (1959-1960), Geneva University (1969-1970) and Paris II/Patheon-Assos (1973), has published a number of text books and articles in the area of commercial law. He has also acted as legal advisor to various local and international firms, including Istanbul Stock Exchange and Istanbul Chamber Of Commerce. He has an excellent command of English and French.
